Money-Back Guarantee
Our only pre-requirement of the customer is that prior to purchase they ensure a minimum ONE-BAR signal can be obtained immediately outside their building (for each mobile phone network required) - even if there is no signal whatsoever for that network inside the building.

30-Day Money-Back Refund Policy
Our terms of trade are we operate a Pro-Forma invoice system whereby customers pay upfront (with the assurance of a 30 DAY MONEY-BACK REFUND GUARANTEE if the equipment fails to resolve their network reception). On the basis a minimum one bar signal can be obtained immediately outside the building, the Booster product is guaranteed to increase signal quality and to extend UK mobile phone signal reception areas within the building.
 
In the highly unlikely event the signal quality is not instantly improved within the building and the Product is considered to be defective, customers can simply return the Booster equipment to us within 30 days of the original delivery date. Signal Boost UK will refund the purchase price of the Booster equipment or alternatively issue free replacement of the same Product/model.
 
We are so confident with our Products that we are able to offer a Money-Back Guarantee of the equipment (Refunds for returns will cover Booster equipment Product but exclude all delivery charges) as per following terms and conditions:

Return period ends within 30 days of the original delivery date.
 
Returned Products must include all original components, literature, warranties etc and be returned in the original box as received with all original packing materials. All miscellaneous materials, such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included. Your account may be billed accordingly for any damaged or missing items. Returns not meeting these conditions will be subject to a repackaging fee of 20% of the price paid for the Product.  Damaged merchandise, cosmetically or otherwise, is subject to a restocking fee on a case by case basis.  

You must request either by phone: 01452 524281, or fax: 01452 308368 or by e-mail to: signalboostuk@btconnect.com a Return Authorisation Number. This number must be listed on the courier parcel delivery label, and not the Product box. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE DIRECTLY ON THE PRODUCT BOX. 

Defective Products are returned for replacement with the same Product/model.  

Returns must be delivered Postage Pre-Paid. Products received without an RA number will be refused. Refunds will not be made for any postage and handling charges.  

Return Authorisation Numbers are good for (14) days only from date of issue. Any Products returned beyond this expiry date will be refused.  

If the returned Product is found to be non-defective, an inspection fee of 15% per unit will be billed to your account. 

Deviations from these terms and conditions may result in the Product being returned to you with no credit issued.
