Legality of Cellular enhancers / boosters / repeaters

In the UK the Mobile Network Operators are currently licenced for the frequencies used by GSM equipment.  GSM apparatus such as mobile phone booster / repeater devices may only be installed and/or used under the authority of a licence issued to one of these operators and then it must be under their control.  Anyone wishing to improve coverage in a particular area of the UK is advised to contact their Network Provider. 

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SignalBoostUK be liable for any special, punitive, lost profits, direct, indirect, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, whether in an action under contract, warranty, tort, or any other legal theory, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance of the information, services, products, and materials available from this site. Due to laws in particular jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or exclusion of limitation of liability for some damages, the above limitations may not apply to you. Users of any product sold by SignalBoostUK agree that SignalBoostUK is not liable for any illegal conducts involving the use of those products. 

Agreement Details

These terms and conditions, together with any invoices regarding the products ordered by the customer, are the complete and exclusive agreement between SignalBoostUK and the Customer, and supersede all prior proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications between SignalBoostUK and the Customer relating to the subject products.
