Making A Purchase:
Making a purchase is simplicity itself. Just browse our website, and click on any items that you wish to buy and they will automatically be inserted into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to checkout your order. The page will then be redirected to the Secure Trading transaction page to complete your card order in complete security.

Secure Trading  accept Visa, Switch,  Mastercard and PayPal. 

Delivery And Handling:
We believe that ordering online should be as painless as possible - as such we make every effort to keep the cost of delivery to a maximum of £25.00 + VAT per item, (if more than one item is purchased each item may be charged and delivered separately, £25.00 + VAT will cover that delivery for mainland UK).

All goods must be inspected for content, defects and damage at the time of delivery. Claims for damaged goods may not be accepted after the goods have been signed for by the customer. In the event that the delivery is made by a third party such as Royal Mail Parcelforce, notification must be made to the carrier immediately and to us within 48 hours. Claims for damaged goods cannot be accepted once the goods have been installed or used. 

Checking Goods For Damage:  For all deliveries you must check the goods for damage before signing the delivery note, if you sign for the goods then you are accepting that the goods were delivered in good condition and later claims for damage cannot be considered.

If a third party signs on your behalf please advise them of the above and that you have to accept responsibility for any loss or damage if they sign on your behalf and fail to check the condition properly. You agree to indemnify us in full for any losses as a result of signing for goods that are unchecked.

Delivery Schedule:  Most items are normally delivered by the carrier within 1 to 3 days after order. The time depends on the availability of the item and despatch from the supplier's warehouse.

If we are unable to dispatch the goods within 7 days, the consumer will be informed immediately and will be given the choice of a later delivery date or cancelling the order completely and receiving a full refund of any monies paid. We cannot accept any liability for delivery delays howsoever caused.

Back Orders:
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy:
Customers have the right to cancel the contract within 7 days, the 7 days starting from the day the goods are received. Any damaged goods must be notified to us within 48 hours of delivery.

For any item to be returned and receive a refund, goods must be returned unused, in perfect re-saleable condition, including original undamaged packaging and with the original delivery note. Please do not write on the packaging (i.e. our address) as this will make the goods no longer resalable. Refunds will cover the costs of the goods only, and (will not include any delivery or return costs). 

If a customer wishes to change goods (i.e. orders the wrong product) they will be charge for the new item at site prices and will only be refunded when the goods have been inspected and passed fit for sale again.

If a customer intends to make a return they must contact us either by phone 01452 524281 or Fax 01452 308368, or by e-mail to signalboostUK@btconnect.com we will issue a Return Authorisation Number.  Return Authorisation Numbers are good for (14) days only from date of issue. Any products returned beyond this expiry date will be refused.

Returns must be delivered Postage Pre-Paid. Products received without an RA Number will be refused.

We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged returns and therefore recommend that the customer uses an insured carrier. The customer is responsible for the cost of any returns and future deliveries.

It is important that you thoroughly inspect any goods you receive at the time of delivery, taking extra care to check for cosmetic damage or blemishes before installing the item, and contact us as soon as possible should you find any fault. We will endeavor to replace or repair any faulty goods as quickly as possible.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

Our Guarantee:
Most items, unless otherwise indicated, are sold with a 1 year, return to base warranty.If you do have a problem, please contact us as soon as possible (see contact details below).

Privacy Policy:
Signal Boost UK keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. Information from emails and the information you give us at the time of ordering is stored both physically and electronically by ourselves. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not sell, pass on or disclose details of customers to any other parties. With the exception of order status reports, we do not currently make unsolicited contact with customers before or after they have placed an order. Information is retained electronically in order to supply a better service to our returning customers.

We do not send random marketing emails to personal addresses (Spam)

Pricing Errors:
If an item has been priced incorrectly on the website, Signal Boost UK is not honor bound to sell at that price.

Complaints Procedure:
Complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days. A likely timescale for resolving the dispute will be determined and the consumer will be kept informed about progress. The complaints procedure is open to review to ensure that it is working well.
